Primarily designed as a public toilet facility, the Type 40 fully complies with legal accessibility requirements for people with disabilities.
The building includes a shared disabled-accessible toilet, three unisex toilet rooms, and a technical room. In addition, the Type 40 is equipped with an outdoor washing area, enhancing convenience for users.

Flood-proofing
