Type 35 is primarily intended for use as a public toilet facility and fully complies with legal accessibility requirements for people with disabilities.
The building includes a shared ladies/disabled toilet room, a men’s toilet room with urinal, and a technical room. It can also be delivered with a colonnade roof, offering an enhanced architectural appearance.

Flood-proofing
